All Kinky Things to Do in Miami (2026 Guide)

Miami’s scene runs differently than most cities on this list. There’s no fifty-year-old education nonprofit running weekly classes here, the culture is built around lifestyle and swingers clubs first, with kink folded into that rather than organized as its own separate community. If you’re coming from a city with a strong munch and workshop scene, expect Miami to feel more nightlife than classroom, more club than clubhouse.

This guide covers the clubs actually running events right now, the fetish shops worth a special trip, where the community actually talks to each other online, and the two regional events that pull South Florida’s whole scene together once a year. A few things are technically Fort Lauderdale rather than Miami proper, we’ve said so where that’s true rather than blur the map.

Swingers and Kink Clubs

Miami Velvet

3901 NW 77 Avenue, Miami, FL 33166

The best-known lifestyle club in South Florida, open Friday and Saturday nights with a rotating lineup of themed events (Hot Wife, Latex, and Superhero nights have all run recently). First-time couples get their membership fee waived and only pay the door admission. Open-minded couples, select singles, and curious newcomers are all welcome, 21 and up, BYOB.

Silk Lifestyle

invitation-only, events held around Miami Beach and Brickell

An invitation-only lifestyle organization with a noticeably younger, more upscale crowd than a typical club night. Events run in hotels, private lounges, rooftops, and estate homes rather than one fixed venue, so there’s no walk-in address, you apply through their site and get invited to specific events.

Velvet FTL

Fort Lauderdale (serves Broward, Miami, and Palm Beach)

Not technically Miami, but close enough and well known enough in the South Florida lifestyle scene that it’s worth knowing the name. Draws from the same regional crowd as Miami Velvet.

Trapeze

Fort Lauderdale

Running since 1995, making it one of the older lifestyle clubs in the region. Also not Miami proper, but it’s a name that comes up constantly in the same conversations as the Miami clubs, dance floor, in-house dining, BYOB.

Fetish Shopping

Naughty Rooster

1019 5th St, Miami Beach, FL 33139

Miami Beach’s fetish and costume shop for more than two decades. Latex, lacy lingerie, and costume pieces, open until midnight most nights (11pm Sundays), so it’s an easy stop after dinner on a night out.

Playthings

9250 SW 40th St, Miami, FL 33165

Less a fetish shop in the strict sense and more the place South Florida’s dancers and cosplayers actually shop, the largest selection of dancer heels and festival boots in the region, plus fetish and clubwear. Worth the trip if you’re after the specific look rather than a general leather-and-latex haul.

Fetish Factory

855 E Oakland Park Blvd, Oakland Park (Fort Lauderdale area)

Running since 1995, one of the most established fetish retailers in Florida, latex bondage corsets, open-bust dresses, leather harnesses. A regional draw, not a Miami address, but it’s the store most Miami kinksters actually mean when they say they’re going shopping.

LeatherWerks

1226 NE 4th Ave, Fort Lauderdale

South Florida’s dedicated leather store. Another Fort Lauderdale name rather than Miami proper, but it’s the closest real leather specialist to the city.

Also Worth Knowing

Haulover Beach

10800 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL

The only officially recognized clothing-optional public beach in Miami-Dade County, the northern third of the shoreline, between lifeguard towers 12 and 16. Came up repeatedly in local community discussion as a real meetup spot, not just a tourist curiosity. Volunteer ambassadors in green hats are around to help first-timers with etiquette. Standard beach amenities (chairs, showers, concessions) are all there too.

Community and Where to Connect

r/MiamiSwingers

The most active organized Miami-specific kink and lifestyle community we found, over 58,000 members. This is where actual locals compare notes on clubs, events, and each other, more useful for real, current information than any single business’s own marketing.

Miami Fetish Events (Facebook)

A Facebook group specifically for Miami-area fetish event listings, worth joining if Facebook groups are already part of how you keep track of local nightlife.

Florida Fetish & Kink Events / DNA No FL (Facebook)

A statewide Florida group rather than Miami-only, but active enough that Miami-specific events regularly show up in it.

FetLife

Still the default place most of the actual organizing happens for anything more structured than a club night, munches, private parties, and special-interest groups included. Search Miami-specific groups once you have an account rather than relying on public search engines to surface them.

Miami Kink Event Calendar

Dated events, checked as of July 2026. This will go stale, so treat dates more than a couple of months out as approximate.

Date Event Where Notes
Aug 6 to 9, 2026 Fetish Con XXIV Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront, St. Petersburg, FL A four-day fetish trade show and convention, not Miami, about a four-hour drive, but it’s the biggest dedicated fetish event anyone in Florida will point you toward. Vendor marketplace, workshops, live demos.
Oct 16 to 25, 2026 Fantasy Fest Key West, FL Ten days of costumed parties culminating in the Fantasy Fest Parade (Duval Street, Saturday Oct 24, 7pm). Not a kink event by design, but its dedicated Kink Party each year runs a real open bar plus interactive BDSM stations, fetish rooms, and bondage demos alongside the general costume chaos. About three and a half hours from Miami by car.
