Mariano Bárcena 183 in Zona Centro, appears to be a normal bar as you enter, but it has backrooms behind curtains where people can go to find someone to have sex with. If you want somewhere warm and wet, Club El Arenal, located at C. Leandro Valle 944 in Zona Centro, is an old-guard gay sauna in Guadalajara. It’s open from 10:30am until 9pm Monday through Friday and 8am until midnight Saturdays, closed Sundays. If you don’t like the crowd at El Arenal, there are other places in the city that offer a bathhouse experience: Polari, hidden in Centro at General Pedro Rioseco 9 just off the Nueve Esquinas plaza, and Renacer, at Amado Nervo 106.
