The best-known lifestyle club in South Florida, open Friday and Saturday nights with a rotating lineup of themed events (Hot Wife, Latex, and Superhero nights have all run recently). First-time couples get their membership fee waived and only pay the door admission. Open-minded couples, select singles, and curious newcomers are all welcome, 21 and up, BYOB.
Silk Lifestyle
📍 invitation-only, events held around Miami Beach and Brickell
An invitation-only lifestyle organization with a noticeably younger, more upscale crowd than a typical club night. Events run in hotels, private lounges, rooftops, and estate homes rather than one fixed venue, so there’s no walk-in address, you apply through their site and get invited to specific events.
Velvet FTL
📍 Fort Lauderdale (serves Broward, Miami, and Palm Beach)
Not technically Miami, but close enough and well known enough in the South Florida lifestyle scene that it’s worth knowing the name. Draws from the same regional crowd as Miami Velvet.
Trapeze
📍 Fort Lauderdale
Running since 1995, making it one of the older lifestyle clubs in the region. Also not Miami proper, but it’s a name that comes up constantly in the same conversations as the Miami clubs, dance floor, in-house dining, BYOB.
Libertine Events: Miami Beach Hotel Takeover
📍 South Beach, exact hotel disclosed after booking
A clothing-optional, multi-day pool-and-playroom takeover of a South Beach hotel, running every Memorial Day weekend. The 2027 edition runs May 28 to 31, 2027, with the whole hotel bought out for 250 guests and no outside guests on site. Book through Ticket Tailor, and don’t expect to know which hotel until you’ve paid.
CouplesXcape
📍 Fort Lauderdale, FL (Broward, not Miami proper)
A four-day couples-only lifestyle takeover each September (the 2026 edition ran September 10 to 13, and 2027 dates hadn’t been announced when we checked), with clothing-optional pool parties, themed dance nights, seminars, and an on-site dungeon. Same Broward caveat as Velvet FTL and Trapeze above, but it’s a big enough fixture on the South Florida lifestyle circuit to know about even from Miami.
Strip Clubs
Miami’s strip club scene is famous well beyond South Florida, and while it’s a different world from a kink club or munch, it’s part of the city’s adult nightlife most visitors are already asking about.
Dean’s Gold

Longest-running strip club. Located just minutes from Aventura, Hallandale, and Miami Beach
King of Diamonds
📍 7020 NW 72nd Ave, Miami, FL 33166
Probably the most famous adult entertainment venue to come out of Miami, name-checked in more hip hop songs than any other American strip club. It closed and reopened at this new address, so if you see the old Ipco Road location listed anywhere, that’s out of date.
Tootsie’s Cabaret
📍 150 NW 183rd St, Miami Gardens, FL 33169
One of the largest strip clubs in the country by square footage, four full bars and three stages under one roof. Less hip hop celebrity energy than King of Diamonds, more sheer scale.

Miami Beach’s fetish and costume shop for more than two decades. Latex, lacy lingerie, and costume pieces, open until midnight most nights (11pm Sundays), so it’s an easy stop after dinner on a night out.

Less a fetish shop in the strict sense and more the place South Florida’s dancers and cosplayers actually shop, the largest selection of dancer heels and festival boots in the region, plus fetish and clubwear. Worth the trip if you’re after the specific look rather than a general leather-and-latex haul.

Running since 1995, one of the most established fetish retailers in Florida, latex bondage corsets, open-bust dresses, leather harnesses. A regional draw, not a Miami address, but it’s the store most Miami kinksters actually mean when they say they’re going shopping.

South Florida’s dedicated leather store. Another Fort Lauderdale name rather than Miami proper, but it’s the closest real leather specialist to the city.

The only officially recognized clothing-optional public beach in Miami-Dade County, the northern third of the shoreline, between lifeguard towers 12 and 16. Came up repeatedly in local community discussion as a real meetup spot, not just a tourist curiosity. Volunteer ambassadors in green hats are around to help first-timers with etiquette. Standard beach amenities (chairs, showers, concessions) are all there too.
